GROW BRAND AWARENESS AS AN EXCITING TECH COMPANY AS PART OF A RECRUITMENT DRIVE.
We first started working with Craneware in early 2016 as they looked to social media for the catalyst behind their major recruitment drive. We created recruitment-specific social accounts, attempting to shine a light on one of Edinburgh’s hidden tech gems. We delivered targeted paid activity across Facebook and LinkedIn in order to drive qualified traffic to the client’s recruitment micro-site.
We had impressive results with our organic content, especially surrounding the backstories of the employees themselves. On the paid side, Craneware’s content did well especially on Linkedin, with a Click-Through-Rate of 54x LinkedIn’s average, driving people to the recruitment micro-site.
