If you shop in a UK supermarket or butcher, chances are you've picked up Scotch Beef & Lamb – quality meat, signalled by a recognisable blue ribbon. Already a household name, our goal was to inspire their community and cement The Scotch Kitchen's place in the online foodie revolution.

Monthly Photography & Video
Combining consumer education with engaging content, our monthly content includes top-down recipe videos and photography. Filmed by a specialist videographer in a studio kitchen, we quickly generated over 36 videos in only 6 months – with more to come!

Managing a database of over 61,000 subscribers, we craft monthly newsletters providing useful recipes with a goal to direct traffic to the website. Part of this involved developing a new, mobile-optimised template with an emphasis on visuals and succinct copy.

Part of our email marketing strategy is to provide options to the consumer (as we do with our Facebook ads!). We trial everything from subject lines to the order of content to see its influence on opens/clicks – sending the winner to the majority of the database!
